Shoulder Flexibility

Shoulder flexibility is an essential component to every overhead athlete’s strength and conditioning program. These short and simple stretches allow for full range of motion during exercise and functional training. Couple these stretches with last month’s shoulder exercises and you’re positioned for a strong and safe sports season.
