Ankle / Calf Stretching

The three following stretches can be done anywhere. Ankle and Calf flexibility is just as important as all other stretches. These are simple and very effective.

The Field Calf Stretch can obviously be done anywhere you call your "field".

The Doorway Calf Stretch needs a doorway or pole of some kind you can push your heel towards then slowly move your hips towards the doorway. This stretches the entire lower leg from heel to behind the knee.

Finally, use a small phone book, curb, or stairs to do the Standard Calf stretch.

Hold all stretches 30-45 seconds and complete 3-4 rounds.
