Prevention Fitness for Athletes
Being an athlete
challenges the
body’s joints.
Inadequate or improper training
can limit or end the career of
even the most skilled athlete.
That’s because you’re only as
strong as your body’s weakest
link. Now there’s a conditioning
program that will help athletes
develop the stability, flexibility
and mobility that
are essential if
the balanced
body is to reach
its maximum
potential while
reducing the risk
of injury. |
 |
| |
Prevention Fitness for Athletes (PFA) has been carefully
designed to help athletes strengthen core muscles, achieve maximum joint range of motion,
and develop the body’s flexibility and balance. Good coaching can help athletes learn skills
and techniques, but without the proper conditioning and nutrition provided by PFA,
physical stress can lead to sub-par performance and, ultimately, career-ending injury.
The PFA program aims to prevent injuries and help developing athletes maximize
their performance in all sports. |

Here’s how it works…
• First…a personal baseline evaluation leads to…
• Unique individualized training techniques which…
• Protect joints and ligaments and…
• Minimize repetitive injuries while…
• Increasing both power and velocity.
• Plus…sports nutrition guidance.
